I bring over a decade of data-driven practical experience to knowledge management needs, combined with a rigorous background in information-seeking behaviors and user experience. Prior to embarking on a career in tech, I worked as a librarian in an entirely digital environment. I graduated with an MLIS degree from San Jose State University.
